The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document and all related sm505 policies, promotional materials, and support communications.

Access to sm505 and use of any of its services is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the Player's account.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sm505 strictly enforces the 21+ requirement and will request government-issued identity documentation to verify age before processing any withdrawal request. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and for the duration of your account's active status. sm505 is designed specifically for the Indonesian market and does not accept registrations from individuals outside Indonesia.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Minors and individuals under legal guardianship are not eligible.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through sm505's Responsible Gaming tools or through any comparable program. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to re-register will have new accounts closed upon discovery.
• Account limit: You may hold only one active sm505 account at any time. Registering a second account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access sm505's full range of products — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — you must complete the registration process and maintain an account in good standing.

Registration requirements: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card, a valid and active email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sm505 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. sm505 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify sm505 support immediately via live chat or the email address provided in Clause 12.

Account information updates: You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, bank account, or identity information changes, you are required to update your account profile and, if requested, provide supporting documentation to sm505's verification team before subsequent withdrawals are processed.

Account suspension and closure: sm505 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if eligibility criteria are not met, if Prohibited Conduct is detected, or if the account is found to have been registered using false information. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be held pending investigation.

All transactions on sm505 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sm505 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian local banks and e-wallets, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered exclusively in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• sm505 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. Players are advised to confirm any fees levied by their own bank or e-wallet provider independently.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Standard bank transfers are credited within 5 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 3 minutes.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. sm505 may request confirmation of the destination account as part of the KYC process.
• sm505 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes of approval for bank transfers and within 3 minutes for e-wallet cashouts. These are target processing times and not guaranteed service-level commitments under all circumstances.
• sm505 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Players remain responsible for any fees imposed by their own bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if the Player's KYC documentation is incomplete, if the account is under review for suspected Prohibited Conduct, or if the requested withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after accounting for active wagering requirements.

sm505 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programs, free-spin allocations, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players whose accounts are in good standing, who have completed the applicable registration or deposit step, and who have not previously breached these Terms & Conditions. sm505 reserves the right to exclude individual Players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino tables and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active Bonus Balance remains in a Player's account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is Rp 50.000 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in the Bonus Balance being voided.
• Bonus abuse: sm505 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may be subject to account closure.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or partially-wagered Bonus Balances expire in accordance with the time limit stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the Player's wallet without compensation.

sm505 is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be escalated to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to generate wagers or game interactions on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies in the sportsbook or any game. Players who discover a technical error are required to stop play and report it to sm505 support immediately.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker formats, or coordinate betting strategies across accounts to generate guaranteed profits.
• Providing false identity information, submitting forged documentation, or impersonating another individual during the KYC process.
• Using the sm505 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable Indonesian or international anti-money-laundering legislation.
• Operating or accessing multiple accounts, whether to circumvent bonus restrictions, evade a self-exclusion order, or for any other purpose.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or e-wallet provider without first exhausting sm505's internal dispute resolution process.

sm505 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and close accounts where Prohibited Conduct is confirmed. All decisions made by sm505 in connection with fair-play enforcement are final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Clause 11.

All content on the sm505 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of sm505 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sm505 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any sm505 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any sm505 software or game engine.
• Using sm505 trademarks, logos, or branding in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the sm505 platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of sm505 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings.

sm505 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at sm505.org/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Data collected: Registration details, identity documents, transaction records, device and browser metadata, and gameplay history.
• Purpose: Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and personalised promotional communications (where consent has been given).
• Retention: Personal data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five years thereafter to satisfy anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sm505 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by factors outside sm505's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party who obtained the Player's credentials as a result of the Player's own negligence.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if sm505 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes sm505's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indonesian law.

sm505's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the total real-money balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

Termination by the Player: You may close your sm505 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by email. Before closure is processed, sm505 will complete any pending withdrawal requests for verified real-money balances. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by sm505: sm505 reserves the right to terminate or permanently suspend any account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the event of:

• A confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.
• Detection of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 6.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by sm505's verification team.
• Sustained account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, where no login or transaction activity has been recorded. Players will be notified before dormancy charges or closure procedures are initiated.
• A requirement imposed by law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Upon account termination for cause, sm505 may withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation into Prohibited Conduct or fraud. Where termination is initiated by sm505 for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sm505 is licensed and incorporated. sm505 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving the Indonesian market.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to follow this escalation path before pursuing any external remedy:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed complaint via the sm505 live chat system or by email to the address listed in Clause 12. Include your account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any supporting transaction references. sm505 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (WIB).
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve your complaint, escalate in writing to sm505's player relations team. The formal review process will be completed within 14 business days of receiving all required information.
3. Step 3 — External Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal review, Players may pursue remedies available under the laws of their jurisdiction. sm505 agrees to participate in good faith in any lawful alternative dispute resolution process initiated by a Player.

Sportsbook wager outcomes are final once settled unless a demonstrable technical error affected the result. Requests to reverse settled bets on the basis of Player error (e.g., selecting the wrong market or staking amount) will not be considered.
